Booth space will be released if prior exhibitors failed to submit $100 deposit per booth space by December 1, 2016
FEBRUARY, 2017 – CONTRACTS MAILED
Contracts will be mailed to all exhibitors who have submitted a $100 deposit per booth space. Sign and return contract by April 1, 2017
APRIL 1, 2017 – CONTRACTS, PAYMENT & INSURANCE DUE
All contracts must be signed and returned to the Big Iron Office by April 1, 2017.
Final payment is due.
Certificate of Liability Insurance listing the Big Iron Farm Show as additionally insured must be on file with the current 2017 show dates of September 12-14, 2017.
JULY 1, 2017 – INFORMATION DUE
All information must be received or space will be forfeited.
SEPTEMBER 5, 2017 – GRAIN BIN SETUP
All exhibitors that are setting up grain bins can setup between September 5-8, 2017. No setup of bins can take place on Monday, September 11, 2017.
If you have a large piece of equipment that needs additional setup assistance, please contact Emily Grunewald, Exhibit Coordinator, to make special arrangements.
Certificate of Liability Insurance listing the Big Iron Farm Show as certificate holder must be on file with the current 2017 show dates of September 12-14, 2017.

Absolutely NO TEARDOWN can begin prior to 4:00 pm on Thursday, September 14, 2017. This even includes the literature at your booth. No tear down of booth display or products is allowed. No hauling of boxes and equipment to vehicles is allowed. Your booth must remain completely intact until 4:00 pm and not a minute earlier. Big Iron officials will be monitoring the tear down of your space. If you are tearing down prior to 4:00 pm, you will be fined a fee of $100 and the company will lose their first right of refusal for the next year. Show hours are from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Tuesday and Wednesday and 9:00 am – 4:00 pm on Thursday. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule.
SEPTEMBER 25, 2017 – ALL EQUIPMENT REMOVED
All equipment must be removed from the Red River Valley Fairgrounds by Sunday, September 25, 2017 by 8:00 am. Equipment left after this date will be charged a daily storage fee of $50.00 – per day – per piece of equipment. This includes the parking lot area North of the Campground and ALL property owned by the Red River Valley Fair Association.
2018 SHOW — RENEWAL CARDS WILL BE AVAILABLE AT A LATER DATE
