Without doubt, the Big Iron Farm Show is the show that connects buyers and sellers in agriculture. Since its inception in 1980, this show has grown from a farm equipment show to an international venue showcasing everything new in agriculture.

EXHIBITOR INFORMATION
INDOOR EXHIBITS
2020 Booth Size
- 8′ x 10′ – $500
- Includes:
- draping on back and sides
- one table
- two chairs
- 110v electricity
Booth Setup
- When all fees have been paid and forms filed with the Big Iron Office, exhibitors may set up using the following guidelines:
- Prior to setup, check-in at the Big Iron Farm Show Office located in the lobby of the Schollander Pavilion
- Setup date
- Monday, September 14th, 2020 from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
- All indoor exhibitors must be set up by 5:00 pm.
Booth Teardown
- Absolutely NO TEARDOWN can begin prior to 4:00 pm on Thursday, September 17, 2020. This even includes the literature at your booth. No tear down of booth display or products is allowed. No hauling of boxes and equipment to vehicles is allowed. Your booth must remain completely intact until 4:00 pm and not a minute earlier. Big Iron officials will be monitoring the tear down of your space. If you are tearing down prior to 4:00 pm, you will be fined a fee of $100 and the company will lose their first right of refusal for the next year. Show hours are from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Tuesday and Wednesday and 9:00 am – 4:00 pm on Thursday. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule.
- FREE use of our forklifts available for teardown on a first come, first served basis and Sept. 18, all day, and Sept. 19 until 11:00 am. Check-in at our Information Building to get on the list for forklifts.
OUTDOOR EXHIBITS
2020 Booth Size and Prices
Outdoor Exhibit Spaces are $.50 per square foot
- 35′ x 30′ – $525
- 35′ x 40′ – $700
- 35′ x 45′ – $787.50
- 35′ x 50′ – $875
- Some Additional Sizes available upon request
- Electricity available in some areas and arrangements must be made prior to the show.
- Electrical cost is outlined in contract.
Booth Setup

- 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 pm (noon) Saturday, September 12th
- 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 pm (noon ) Sunday, September 13th
- Other times are possible only by prior approval of the Big Iron Exhibit Coordinator

INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
Exhibitors are required to have insurance that meets the following criteria on file with the Big Iron Farm Show office prior to setup:
- Certificate of Insurance with limits of liability of $1,000,000 per occurrence
- Certificate must name Big Iron Farm Show and Red River Valley Fair Association as certificate holder (Your contract will include more detail)

TRAILER PARKING
Trailers are NOT ALLOWED to be parked outside of any gate (i.e. Gate 3). Trailers are NOT ALLOWED to be parked along the fence line along Main Avenue or by the Case Building. Any trailer that is parked in front of any gate/ fence line, will be assessed a charge of $500/day.
Trailers not part of your exhibit space, must be off grounds and parked in the East gravel lot, on the tree line or East side. The East lot is the gravel lot, north of the Red River Valley Fair Campground.
RULES & REGULATIONS
Exhibitors are required to adhere to the rules and regulations set by the Big Iron Farm Show.

EXHIBITOR PACKET INFORMATION
Each exhibitor must pick up their Show Packet by Monday, September 7, 2020; prior to setting up their booth. The Show Office is located in the lobby of the Schollander Pavilion.
NAME TAG FORMS
If you would like us to provide you and your staff with a name tag, please click Exhibitor Name Tags to download the name tag form. All forms must be submitted by August 23rd in order to be processed.
SHIPMENTS & DELIVERIES
Shipments and deliveries will not be accepted until after September 3rd. Any shipments received prior to September 3rd will be charged a storage fee of $50/day per box/equipment. All shipments must be clearly labeled with booth number and exhibitor’s company name.
